How it works

Three steps. You decide at every one.

01

Tell us what you have

A two-minute form: your industry, your size and the kinds of records you keep.

02

We find the right buyer

Each buyer wants different data and pays differently. We match you with the one most likely to want yours, and tell you if none do.

03

The buyer takes it from there

They scope your data with you, typically under NDA, and handle the export and de-identification. You choose what's included and whether to go ahead.

What buyers want

Pick your industry.

We track what each buyer program asks for. Here is what they want right now, the systems it usually lives in and what they publish as a range.

Any established company

Several buyers license the everyday record of how a company runs, in any industry.

Published buyer ranges$10K to $2M+per company, for this kind of data
Records buyers ask for
  • Email and calendar
  • Slack or Teams history
  • Shared drives and documents
  • CRM and sales records
  • Support tickets
  • Call and meeting recordings
Strongest fit
  • 20 to 30+ full-time employees for most programs
  • 3+ years of operating history
  • Several systems that describe the same work
  • Records mostly in English, based in the US, Canada, UK or Australia
Usually not a fit
  • Under 20 people, for most programs
  • Empty or barely used systems
  • Material you hold on behalf of clients

Longer history and more connected systems raise the number. Tickets, internal threads and call recordings carry more of the reasoning than finished reports.

Ranges come from buyers' own published programs. Every deal is priced after the buyer reviews a sample, so nothing here is a quote.

Why go through us

One form instead of a dozen buyers.

The right buyer, first

Buyers want different data and pay differently. We know who's looking for what right now, so you hear about the best match instead of pitching each one yourself.

We never see your data

We make the introduction. The buyer works with you directly, and you decide what's shared.

Free to you

The buyer pays us a referral fee, and only if you sign. You pay nothing, and we say so up front.

Questions

What companies ask first.

Something else? Put it in the form and we'll answer it directly.

Do you see our data?
No. We make the introduction. The buyer works with you directly, and you decide what's shared.
What kinds of data do buyers want?
It depends on the buyer and your industry. Most want real operating records: internal documents and SOPs, project files, tickets, CRM records and communication history, plus industry records like drawings, work orders or code. Pick your industry above to see examples and the systems it usually lives in.
Do we have to prepare or clean anything?
No. Buyers handle the export and the de-identification, usually working from a copy, and only with what you approve. Your systems keep running as normal.
What about client contracts and personal information?
The buyer reviews rights with you during scoping, and anything a contract restricts stays out. Buyers de-identify personal information before the data is used. We're not lawyers, so the specifics are for the buyer's team and your counsel.
How much could we earn, and when?
Current buyer programs publish ranges from tens of thousands of dollars up to $2M+ per company. The buyer sets the number after scoping your data. Payment usually comes once the data is delivered and accepted, on the terms in the buyer's agreement.
What does it cost us?
Nothing. If you sign, the buyer pays Raza Advisory a referral fee. We say so here and in every email.
Our company has shut down. Can we still qualify?
Often, yes. Some buyers run programs for companies that are no longer operating, as long as the records still exist and someone can sign.
What if we're not a fit?
We'll tell you, and you won't hear from us again unless you ask.
